CNTB launched a new campaign across 15 markets

CROATIA FULL OF NEW BEGINNINGS

he Croatian National Tourist Board has launched a new promotional campaign “Croatia Full of New Beginnings”, which will be carried until mid-February via social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok with the hashtag #CroatiaWishList2021.

The goal of the campaign is to draw attention to Croatia through new beginnings and positive wishes in 2021. The campaign will be implemented across 15 foreign markets, namely the markets of Austria, Germany, UK, Italy, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Netherlands, France, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, Belgium and Switzerland.

„With this campaign, our primary goal is to maintain the visibility and presence of Croatia in key international markets. By highlighting lesser known locations and interesting proposals for vacation planning in our country, we want to inspire our followers and motivate them to create their own wish list, i.e. destinations and experiences they want to visit and experience in Croatia, as soon as all the necessary travel conditions will be met“, said CNTB Director Kristjan Staničić, adding that in 2021 better tourism results are expected in comparison to 2020 as well as maintaining the position of our country as one of the leading destinations in the Mediterranean.

The campaign will be implemented through visuals of lesser-known Croatian destinations, with short and interesting stories that can serve as suggestions for what to visit, taste and how to spend a vacation in Croatia, and the focus will be on products such as eno gastronomy, nature, hiking trails, nautical, etc. In addition to posting attractive and interesting visuals on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter, short videos with the most beautiful video clips of Croatian destinations will also be posted on TikTok.

„At the end of the month, a separate campaign will be launched to communicate all the advantages of our country as a safe tourist destination through seven specially prepared „saftey videos“. Also, before launching an intensive call-to-action marketing campaign, which will start in the spring, in February we will also launch a special promotional campaign for digital nomads with a focus on the markets of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland and Sweden“, said Staničić.
