Terms of Sale – payment, delivery, delivery period

 

Payment

The customer can pay for products ordered via the webshop at www.plitvicetimes.com (Plitvice Times j.d.o.o.) using:

  • PayPal
  • WSPay banking: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners

 

PLITVICE TIMES j.d.o.o. (retail) uses WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, payments in real time, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay ensures the secure entry and transfer of card information through the PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses an SSL 256-bit encryption certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol for the highest standard of user information protection.

Upon the completion of the transaction, Plitvice Times j.d.o.o. shall send a valid invoice via email.

Upon the completion of the transaction, Plitvice Times j.d.o.o. shall pack and send the purchased product as soon as possible, in accordance with delivery regulations.

 

Delivery

Delivery within the Republic of Croatia shall be realised at the expense of the customer in accordance with fees of the delivery service which shall be used for the specified delivery within the Republic of Croatia.

Delivery abroad shall be realised at the expense of the customer in accordance with fees of the delivery service which shall be used for the specified delivery abroad.

Note: in the case when an order includes large quantities of products (more than 20 items), and the delivery is set for abroad, the Plitvice Times website (Plitvice Times j.d.o.o.) shall be available to discuss special terms of delivery.

 

Delivery period

Upon the completion of the transaction, the purchased product shall be sent to the customer to the address designated when the order was made.

Products ordered via The Plitvice Times webshop (Plitvice Times j.d.o.o) shall be delivered via a delivery service.

The expected delivery period within the Republic of Croatia is no longer than 10 days from the day on which the product was ordered. The expected delivery period abroad is no longer than 30 days from the day on which the product was ordered. In the case of the extension of the delivery period, The Plitvice Times webshop shall inform the customer via the email registered when the order was made.

 

Written user complaints

Pursuant to legal regulations, particularly Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/4), the customer may send a written complaint to the official email address shop@plitvicetimes.com. The website www.plitvicetimes.com (Plitvice Times j.d.o.o.) shall respond within 7 days from the day on which the complaint was received.

The complaint should include the customer’s name and last name, and email address for the reply. The website shall attempt to solve any written complaints in good faith and to satisfaction of all parties.

 

Returning products

In the case of a complaint (written user complaint), damage caused during delivery, errors in delivery or any other errors or defects, customers shall report the error within two business days from the day on which they receive the delivery. Customers shall inform the website about any issues using the email address shop@plitvicetimes.com, or by mail within 14 days.

Upon receiving the product, the customer shall inspect the product, and shall compare the received product with the invoice. If something is missing, the customer shall inform the website no later than two days from the day on which they receive the product. Complaints made later than two days from the day on which they receive the product shall not be accepted.

The Plitvice Times website shall attempt to handle each complaint in agreement with the customer.
