While for some this small country is an undiscovered sensation for a great vacation that offers friendly prices, fine food and wine – others accuse Croatia of being hyped, reports poslovni.hr.

OVERCROWDED SPLIT

Tourists like the architecture of Split, but they say that it is impossible to enjoy it because of the huge crowds (have they ever visited Barcelona or Paris, we wonder). They also complain about the fast driving of buses without rules and regulations, as well as unfriendly restaurateurs.

UNPOLISHED HVAR

EXPENSIVE OPATIJA

BORING RIJEKA

“Industrial cities can be dynamic and full of interesting locations, but Rijeka is not like that.” – complains the tourists who included it in their list of overrated places.

TRANZIT ZAGREB

“The best thing about Zagreb is the highway to the sea”. Zagreb lacks entertainment. On forums, tourists often say that the city is nothing special because there are too few interesting events and locations.
