The Plitvice Times webshop has a new member to present to you. The new product we listed is great, healthy and very delicious. This is just a beginning of a lot of new surprises that are about to arrive.
Opg Stjepan Fanjek has been growing and processing Istrian and Roman hazelnuts since 2006, and in 2013 they switched to organic farming. Their product Cronamaz is made from hazelnut and chocolate.
In the last few years, they have won numerous awards: bronze at Agroarka in Karlovac, silver in Bedekovčina… At the Fair of Winter and Indigenous Products in Zagreb, Cronamaz became the champion.
Cronamaz – Cronamaz is a healthy homemade hazelnut spread. There are no added sugar or preservatives. It comes in 314g jar. It can be used as a bread spread, for pancakes and cakes.
