After Pag Outdoor project, a new excellent project is coming to us in the synergy of all tourist boards of the island of Pag, HRturizam.hr reports.
Pag on the menu, is a new great tourist story of Pag. This is a special standard “Pag on the menu” which aims to brand local and regional eno and gastronomic offer of the island of Pag. Already this Friday, the first labels of the special standard of traditional cuisine of the island of Pag will be awarded, which will guarantee tourists and guests the originality and quality of the gastronomic offer.
Ca would say Pažani, Ča Novaljci and Kolanjci and What Povljanci, residents of two cities, two municipalities, but also two counties, the unique island of Pag who together build a new gastronomic tourist story. Pag on the menu is based on a multi-year project “Ca, cha, what used to be cooked on my island” which is successfully conducted by the High School of Bartul Kašić from Pag.
Bartul Kašić High School Pag in cooperation with partners Tourist Board of the City of Pag, Tourist Board of the City of Novalja, Tourist Board of the Municipality of Kolan, Tourist Board of the Municipality of Povljana, Association of Craftsmen Pag and Association of Craftsmen Novalja, on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11 am, in the Rector’s Palace in Pag, they will ceremoniously award certificates of a special standard “Pag on the menu” (traditional cuisine of the island of Pag) to catering facilities. The first certificates will be awarded to seven caterers from the island of Pag who have met the requirements of the public invitation.
