Senj, with its pretty coast and turbulent history, is truly a beautiful little city full of narrow passages with pastel shutters on the windows.

But what is the soul of the city? It can be many things and for most of us it is very individual. Also, it takes a very good artist to capture the soul of the city in a short film, and judging by the comments it seems that Neven Frank succeeded when it comes to Senj.
