Description
The grapes for Draga Riserva come from the area of Vučja Draga (400-450 m above sea level) which is characterized by a large proportion of stone in the soil (limestone) and double insolation (direct plus reflected from the stone). The wine is a blend of five varieties that come from the same vineyard: kujundžuša, pošip, žilavka, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. The wine matured on yeast (sur lie) in barrique barrels made of Slavonian and American oak (100% new).
Color: Intense golden yellow color with straw yellow reflect
Scent: Citrus fruits wraped in aroma of vanilla with further aromas of nuts, fermented fruits, honey and toast bread, floral and buttery. Very complex and evolved aromatic profile.
Palate: Taste is rich and powerfull with distinguished strength of the body in harmony with alcohol level followed by rich and complex aftertaste with notes of hazelnuts, vanilla and butter.

Aging: 12 months barrique on the lees
