Grabovac sparkling wine is made by classic method (méthode champenoise, méthode traditionnelle) with secondary fermentation that happens in the bottle. This sparkling wine is produced from pinot grigio, pinot noir and chardonnay.
Sight: Intense golden yellow color with a constant bead of bubbles.
Scent: Aromatic profile with notes of toasted bread, honey, nuts and quince is typical for sparkling wines made with classical ‘champenoise’ method with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Palate: Very good mouthfeel with freshness, but in the same time with very serious taste and co2 bubbles wich give complete experience.
