According to the data of Plitvice Lakes Tourist board, the current year was amazingly good, and numbers are speaking for themselves.
To be exact, in the first nine months almost 350 thousand overnight stays were realized in Plitvice Lakes municipality, and that is almost 80 thousand more than in the season 2016!
The year is still rolling, so we can expect more good news, but we can definitely say – 2017 was a record year for Plitvice Lakes and the surrounding area.
