Financial Agency (Fina) now provides a foreign currency to Croatian kuna exchange service via a self-service automated currency exchange machine installed at the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
The exchange machine is located at Entrance 1 of the National Park and is available for use 24 hours a day.
Fina’s exchange machine may also be used to exchange Croatian kunas for euro, Swiss franc, American dollar and British pound banknotes, and the maximum amount per transaction is the equivalent of HRK 2,500.00. No commission is charged.
The machine is easy to use and ensures quick transactions: the user simply inserts foreign currency banknotes in the designated feeder on the exchange machine, which then dispenses kunas in a matter of seconds. The machine can receive more than one banknote in the same currency at once. The exchange machine allows the purchase of the most frequent currency, i.e. euro, in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 euros.
The self-service exchange machine installed at the Plitvice Lakes National Park is the fourth self-service exchange machine installed by Fina for the benefit of its clients. Such machines have already been installed in Rovinj, Split and Zadar, and Fina plans to continue installing machines of this kind at highly frequented locations across the country.
Financial Agency is the leading Croatian company in the field of financial mediation and electronic services and, as the certified exchange authority of the Croatian Postal Bank, it has been providing exchange services at its branches since 2003.
