Our body loves walnuts, and we have prepared for you a strong protein pasta from walnuts, with a specific fine-bitter taste.
Walnut is very popular in French cuisine and this pasta can be combined in many salads when it gives its best properties. It is filling, with an interesting taste, with a handful of proteins and fibers. Take advantage of fresh seasonal vegetables, add a little walnut pasta and a healthy meal is on the table.
Method of preparation: cook the pasta in boiling water with the addition of salt and a little oil. Cook in an open pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain the cooked pasta and serve. For best results, use 1L of water per 100 g of pasta.

Matičnjak sativa d.o.o. is a company that has been operating since 2013. The idea creator of our products is the well-known phytotherapist and apitherapist Ivo Bačlija, who has been dealing with medicinal herbs since 2006.
Most of our offer consists of products that we produce ourselves, we make small batches and our products are primarily characterized by the fact that they are always fresh and high quality.
The main part of our business is wholesale, we work with some retail chains in Croatia, we export to several Western European countries, and in Zagreb we have a counseling center where Ivo Bačlija provides phytotherapy counseling to our customers.
