Description
Strawberry syrup contains 0.7l of syrup, packed in glass containers.
The syrup is produced in a processing plant located in the processing facilities on our family farm, from fresh strawberries harvested in our plantation.
The syrup should be diluted with water.
The syrup contains strawberry juice, sugar and citric acid.
FAMILY FARM ŠTENTA
Our family farm is located in Ferenci, near the town of Ozalj, in the Žumberak Nature Park, which is a Natura 2000 protected area. We grow fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries and chokeberries) and nuts (apples, pears), cherries and processing them in our own processing facility.
In 2021, we received approval to use the Living Health Guarantee, which is approved by the Croatian Institute of Public Health. You can find the label Living Healthy on our apple juice, chokeberry juice, cherry juice (which means that the juices do not contain added sugars) and fresh strawberries and raspberries.
In 2021, at the evaluation of products of plant origin, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, we received gold for apple juice and silver for apple and cherry juice.
At the end of 2021, the Living Health guarantee stamp was awarded to us for raspberry jam, strawberry jam, cherry jam, chokeberry jam, apple & cinnamon jam, and apple & raspberry jam.
We have an apiary with 60 bee communities. We offer meadow honey, acacia honey and chestnut honey. We fill honey in a registered filling facility located on our farm. Multiple reward have been addressed to the quality of our product.
In our processing facilities we also have a stone mill, where we grind cereals grown on our farm so we can offer our customers homemade corn, wheat and oat flour.
We started with the renovation of an old stone house which will have two apartments and one wooden house.
Our family farm has two new members, two llamas, Maya and Tomica, with whom visitors can take photos.
